Moo & Oink High 10 BBQ Sauce

Habanero Pepper 3 Ea
Shallot, small dice 2 Ea
Cilantro, mince .5 Bunch
Crushed Red Pepper 1 Teaspoon
Tomatillo 2 Ea
Garlic 2 cloves

Remove the stems from the peppers. Place the Habanera peppers, garlic, shallots, cilantro, tomatillo and water in a blender. Mix well for 2-3 minutes. Place in a small sauce pan. Heat over a low heat for 2 minutes. Add the Moo & Oink High 5 BBQ Sauce and continue to simmer for 10 minutes. You now have the Moo & Oink HIGH 10 BBQ SAUCE. This sauce requires two High Fives with all of your grilling friends.
For a milder sauce: Roast the Habanera peppers, shallots and garlic on the grill or in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Cut the Habanera in half. Remove the seeds (that’s the heat) and veins from inside. Then proceed with the recipe above by placing the ingredients into the blender.
