RULES AND REGULATIONS
  • Jingle/rap should describe what you love about Moo & Oink
  • Jingle/rap will be judged on lyrics, originality and musicality
  • Jingle/rap can be NO MORE than 90 seconds in length
  • Contest runs for 10 weeks; one entry per person may be submitted each week
  • 10 prizes of $250* will be awarded
  • One entry per week will be awarded a $250 prize
  • After 10 weeks, one of the 10 weekly winners will be chosen for a $1000 grand prize
  • Winners will be chosen by panel of judges selected by Moo & Oink; all decisions of the judges are final
  • Entry formats accepted: mp3, cassette, or audio CD
  • Each entry must be labeled with contestant's full name, phone number & e-mail address
  • A new winner will be announced every Friday for 10 weeks
  • All entries must be submitted by Tuesday in order to qualify to win on that Friday
  • First of 10 weekly winners will be announced Friday, March 17, 2006
  • First entry deadline is Tuesday, March 14, 2006
  • 10th and final weekly winner will be announced Friday, May 19, 2006
  • 10th and final entry deadline is Tuesday, May 16, 2006
  • Winners may be required to provide proof of identification to claim their award
  • No purchase required
  • NO submission will be entered into the contest without an official Moo & Oink signed Waiver/Disclaimer form
  • All entries/submissions become the property of Moo & Oink, Inc.
WAIVER/DISCLAIMER
Any and all Entries in the Moo & Oink Rap Jingle Contest (collectively the "Entries") shall be deemed, and shall remain, the property of Moo & Oink, Inc. Moo & Oink, Inc. shall not be subject to any obligation(s) of confidentiality with respect to any Entries, nor are we liable for any use or disclosure of any Entries. Without limitations of the foregoing, you hereby grant us a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license of every kind and nature throughout the universe, and we shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Entries for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the Entries or any other person or entity.
