Moo & Oink Turkey Kabobs

NEW Moo & Oink Chef Mychael Bonner's Signature Turkey Kabobs
    Moo & Oink Mild Turkey Links 3 each
    Red onion cut into 1/8th pcs 2 each
    Red pepper cut into1/8th pcs 2 each
    Green pepper cut into 1/8th pcs 2 each
    Sweet potato par boiled and cut into 2 inch chunks 2 each
    Moo & Oink High Five BBQ Sauce as needed
    1. Cut the turkey links into 2 1/2 oz. pieces
    2. Using a wooden skewer and starting with the sweet potato, skewer the ingredients in this order: Sweet Potato, Green Pepper, Turkey link, Sweet Potato, Red Onion, Turkey Link, Sweet Potato, Turkey Link, Red Pepper, and Sweet Potato
    3. Grill the turkey kabob over indirect heat for approximately 20 minutes
    4. Baste with Moo & Oink High Five BBQ Sauce and grill for 10 more minutes
    5. Garnish with Fresh Cilantro (Optional)
    6. Enjoy
